Socastee Heritage Foundation
The Socastee Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization led by a group of
community members native to Socastee or who have moved down here and are
considered locals. Their festivals shut down the Socastee Bridge every time and attract many vendors and over 10,000 guests. They are known for preserving the Sarvis House, built in 1881 in honor of past generations and for the benefit of future generations.
For the Socastee Heritage Foundation, I oversee digital marketing efforts across social media platforms. I create branded promotional content, manage post scheduling, and analyze engagement metrics to measure performance and optimize reach. The analytics below showcase the impact of these posts and the audience engagement generated through strategic content and promotion.

I collaborated with members of the Socastee Heritage Foundation to improve our digital presence by implementing a more strategic posting approach. I led the team by showing how increasing content frequency and maintaining engagement-focused posts could directly impact visibility and audience growth.
As a result of our collective efforts, we saw improvements, including a 197.5% increase in views, a 171.8% rise in interactions, and a 152.5% increase in page visits. These results show the effectiveness of consistent content creation, teamwork, and focusing on
vendor collaboration posts

This post is also a part of our Vendor Spotlight series, where I collaborated with local businesses to create engaging, mutually beneficial content that not only supports our vendor but also what the Socastee Heritage Foundation stands for.
